One-piece roller bushings
Material: Standard bushings are made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and graphite lubricant. Black in color. The PV value of standard material is approximately 2700.
Temperature: HDPE bushings should not be used in applications where temperatures exceed 125 degrees. Excessive heat may soften materials.
Applications: Wet or dry. Dusty or dirty. Light load. Slow to moderate speeds.
General Information: At installation of rollers, maximum end plays are .030” to prevent squealing for new installations or applications.
